Hi Michal!
Here you'll find all the information regarding our partnership and all unanswered matters we discussed on our last call.
We have following propositions:
Adapting and creating a voice-over of our Digital Drawing course in English and Polish later to be taught by you.
Where you'll be mentoring, giving feedback, and guiding through the course those who are enrolled.
Creation and recording any additional courses according to our "funnel of learning" provided on this page below.

Let's start!
In this part, we described information about Digital Drawing course for beginners, partnership conditions and format of lecturing and mentoring.
ArtCraft Course for begginers
It's is a long-distance learning intensive course for those who are looking to build their drawing skill from the ground up or are transitioning into the digital medium. The skills students acquire here will get a solid base for start in CG.
Digital Drawing
Students get access to the video lesson and homework assignment. This is followed by an online meeting with the teacher, where he gives feedback on a completed homework, communicates with students and encourages them for a new week and new challenges.
Our goal here at ArtCraft is to teach anyone that it's much easier to draw digitally than it seems.
During the course, students will complete a series of exercises that will help to train their hand, obtain a fully rounded understanding of processes that professional artists use in their workflow and secure the knowledge of powerful Photoshop tools to use for digital art.

Students will create a completed artwork for their portfolio and will be ready to set out on their artistic journey into comics, character design, game art design and other fields of CG.

ArtCraft platform
The entire course is built on small videos which are unlocked depending on the conditions set (once a week, or immediately after watching the previous segment), people watch all content in their personal accounts. They receive support from our managers, thus ensuring an individual approach to learning.
Lessons, feedback, and online meetings are held in a single virtual workspace, with a constantly adapting interface. Right now we are developing next versions. Feedback on possible improvements and solutions from our teachers is vital in making a truly convenient and functional training tool.
In the next update, we will translate support team messages into several platform languages (using google translate) so that even a person with poor English could better understand the essence of the feedback. Also, all the videos will have embedded subtitles, which we plan to separately translate into different languages. Starting from version 3.0, there will be a mobile application in development, and students will be able to view all the content and receive reminders, recommendations, and challenges.

One week on the platform for students
Depending on the schedule and format of the course, the student gets access to the material of each week and homework assignment.
After viewing the lesson, the student is given the assignment. The assignment must be completed within next few days, before the next lesson or a review session.
All technical issues and lesson-related questions should be directed to our support department/team. Our support team will help to determine which version of Photoshop is best to purchase, how to set up a tablet, and how to complete the assignment correctly. In some cases, a member of support will contact a teacher directly to solve any individual issues.

ONLINE-MEETING
An online group meeting is usually set up at the end of the week. A teacher examines the homework assignments of each student and makes recommendations for their improvements. These meetings are an important part of the learning process as it helps students to look at other's mistakes and progress and get a real-time connection with a teacher.
For 3 years, we have developed a perfect model of student progress - the "funnel of learning" proved to be the best without deception and fine print in the contract.
Funnel of learning
Our basic courses serve as a foundation for further study. Our main goal is to help a person get the necessary knowledge for evolvement in the shortest time possible. Also provide them with some basic experience on a new subject, even if they ultimately decide to continue developing their skill in some other field
Workshops, both paid and free, serve to promote a person on a journey map and maintain their interest. Each workshop is focused on a specific area and helps advance in the best direction.
Styling, 3D graphics, rendering, effects, advanced work level with perspective, form, and much more.
Every few months, we offer students to participate in our speciality test classes that help to evaluate their (current skill) level, get a boost of motivation, and try some of the advanced training programs and sign up for a new course.
Each student participates in the ArtCraft loyalty program, which provides training with significant discounts.

The future students is first introduced to our school via social media promotions and landing pages, created for this purpose.
Then the user enrolls into their ArtCraft course of choice and engages with the client service to help the user decide on their future education plan while also promoting our more advanced-level products.
The next step is offering them a free product or a week-long trial course with a group, so the user can gauge whether our materials and teaching methods are satisfactory.
Based on the collected data and user's progress, adaptive ads are launched. These ads offer suggestions tailored to a specific user's potential interest.
ADAPTIVE MARKETING
Stages to the finalized product
The first step is the elaboration of a new course. First, we find out the needs of students, assort works and references, deconstruct the process of their creation, divide them into logical blocks and draw up a mindmap with the structure of the course and approve it.
The second step is the development of all of text materials on the already approved structure of the course for voice-over. The development of a new course usually takes about 2-3 months, and up to 1 month, if it is an adaptation of a previously existing ArtCraft course.
The third step is recording. The recording is done in two stages. At stage one, you'll be required to create an initial draft for us to review, rewrite the script when necessary and give full feedback. Stage two includes the final recording, quality check and editing in all the additional materials.
1. DEVELOPMENT
2. PREPARE
3. RECORDING
4. PRODUCTION
The production process includes a presentation of the course by a teacher, creating an intro and outro for each lesson. The finalized course is uploaded to our platform, with some parts of it to be later used in marketing and promotion. At this step, landings for different target audiences are created, acquirers are set up, and the promo-campaign is started on our social media and other platforms.

Types of partnership
Recording of new courses with relevant information on favorite topics in the CG industry. It can be both courses for beginners and advanced training courses divided into levels from beginner to pro.
Individual counseling for students on portfolio improvement, correction of style, or teaching new software and other CG fields.
Once every 3 months, ArtCraft holds graduation events for all school courses, gathering 200-300 people. We are always looking for mentors who could set aside several hours for a collective review and motivational speech for future CG specialists.

PERSONAL COACHING
MENTORSHIP
We conduct a large number of paid workshops and webinars on various topics, which constitute a part of our education funnel. This helps students improve their knowledge of specific topics for enrollment to the next course levels. It is also useful for working professionals who are constantly progressing and looking for new tools and styles.
WORKSHOPS &WEBINARS
In the future, we plan to gather the Advisory Board with our most active colleagues to form new educational programs and to assist in developing our school and the industry as a whole. We plan to take an active part in the development of software for artists, and to share our observations and recommendations with leading developers.

Digital Sketching
Sketch is an idea. The idea may be well-formed, or it may be rather weak on paper. It is the transfer of ideas, without unnecessary strokes, and in maximum elaboration for the minimum time that forms the success of any artist on the initial stages.

How to display the shape and volume without resorting to in-depth rendering? What degree of details will help the sketch to convey the idea? How to switch easily and quickly to work on a different idea?
We think that this course be about sketching and the techniques of its execution, as well as life-hacking fpr work and presentation.
Environment — Concept Art Course
Fundamental knowledge about perspective, the golden section, story-styling, working with a sketch and color script to a detailed illustration. Methods to accelerate the work, the use of 3D software for generating blanks, material painting.

Environment Concept Art course is based on creating the initial idea and progressing step-by-step from concept to completed work, followed by presenting said concept to others.
Sci-Fi Hard Surface — Concept Art Course
The "hard surface" modeling, all those spaceships, sci-fi, cyberpunk, implications of new technological concepts and all thease cool gadgets are getting more popular.

The course could be logically divided into several levels with different chalanges for student. Like a comprehensive guide to the modeling workflows from concept to final work, tips and trick, how to find relevant art references, how to make your fantastic technologies really functional, what are the most popular modeling tools and techniques, reality vs. sci-fi, creating mechanisms, how can you use kitbash sets to make your life easier, and other stuff.
